Just three miles west of Glastonbury lies the bustling town of Street, famous for being the home of Clarks Shoes. The company still has a visible presence in the town and many of the facilities for the locals have been funded and supported by the Clark family over the years. The increasingly well-known Clarks Retail Village attracts thousands of visitors each year.
